Vietnam war

The Vietnam war started in 1. November  30 April 1955              to, 15 mai 1975. the was  19 years, 180 days with war. The war was between North Vietnam and South Vietnam. North Vietnam where supported by communist allies. FNL, Pathet Leo, Røde Khmer, Kina, North-korea, and Sovjetunionen
and the South Vietnam where supported by the anti-communist nation United States , Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, Khmer republick and Kingdom of Laos. The war started when FNL a gerilija group attacked South-Vietnam. North-Vietnam had a hugh progress in the war. U.S.A was worried about  all the Asian countries also schould be comunistic and therefore became alliede with South-Vietnam. North-Vietnam had a succsess with there gerilija tactics and U.S.A had realy problem with this gerilija tactic. At the end of the war the North-Vietnam  had controll and U.S.A  had to withdrawal out of the contry. In 1973 U.S.A decided to leave the country. In 1975 the North-Vietnam invaded Saigon and this became the end of the Vietnam war.The were 5 million people killed and 3 million people were hurt.
